We took our xterra in because it was stalling out. They did a fantastic job of getting it repaired and back to us. While waiting on the repair we considered buying a new car and the sales people were great. They patiently showed me all of the options available for what we wanted and did not pressure me into making a decision. We will be replacing our xterra in the next year and will defiantly come back to this dealership to do it.

About 4 PM on Friday the Car wouldn’t start, it couldn’t recognize the key fob to start, all kinds of confusing message on the screen. Called dealer, suggested it might be battery, which I hadn’t considered since it was an 84 month battery only 4 years in. Only done business here two or three times, but haven’t had a bad experience yet. They’re pretty friendly and laid-back. They didn’t try to talk me into any services I didn’t actually need, just did the basics i asked for. Believe the man who checked me in and out was named Matthew but not 100% sure. Either way, ALL of them were friendly.

One of the easiest vehicles that we ever bought. After finding the pathfinder we wanted online, i Called dealer to verify price. I went into the Bob Howard Nissan Service Department, and Antonette was my customer care representative. It was a programming issue, ever since we bought the car from another dealer. Antonette checked my VIN number and as I was buying a battery for the Key Fob, she ran inside and told me to stop, because my 2018 Nissan Rogue had a recall on the programming. My salesman, Gerry, stood behind his word and made sure I got what I paid for. The finance guys were very clear and forthright about the charges and warranty. My heater control module needed replaced (used car) and they fixed it without question. Lucas in service was on the ball, after Brian failed to return my calls or keep me informed of the status of the repairs. Overall it was a great experience, and Bob Howard has another satisfied customer. I'll shop Bob Howard again for sure!
