Almost always very friendly service. This time no different. Very courteous and attentive Right In on appt time Extra - Was kind of surprised at amount of vehicles on the lot to look at. Actually been considering buying a new truck and I donāt think there was more than 5 regular Titans on the lot. When you are looking and that is it kind of disheartening

I have always been treated as a VIP customer even for regular oil changes. On a whim, I inquired about the trade in value of my 2010 Maxima to apply towards the purchase of a new Murano. I was able to negotiate the amount I wanted for my trade in and the final purchase price on my new car. It was easy peasy. Everyone was courteous and accommodating.

My salesman, Gerry, stood behind his word and made sure I got what I paid for. The finance guys were very clear and forthright about the charges and warranty. My heater control module needed replaced (used car) and they fixed it without question. Lucas in service was on the ball, after Brian failed to return my calls or keep me informed of the status of the repairs. Overall it was a great experience, and Bob Howard has another satisfied customer. I'll shop Bob Howard again for sure!

These guys are the real deal. They are not thete trying to push things off the lot. They actually told me they suspected a transmission problem in the car I was looking at. And helped me find another in my price range.

We went into Bob Howard for a specific car we saw on Cars.com. We had inquired about a 2017 and Chad from Bob Howard Nissan responded very quickly and said the terrain was still available. We went the next day around noon and the terrain was gone! Where this would normally be cause for a negative engagement, Chad offered to show us an Acadia that wasn't what we were looking for, but we decided to drive it anyway. Super easy purchase on my new Altima! Patrick was my salesman and he was great. I told him what I wanted and what my budget was and he made it happen. He was honest and upfront! Staff very helpful, working to get me in the best car for my budget

Made a appointment for a oil change, filter and tire rotation. Arrived on time and was told those procedures would take 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Seemed a little long to me. After about 100 minutes was told there was a recall and the technician was doing a reprogramming of the computer and it would take another 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Whole process took longer than I expected but, as it turned out everything I wanted was done and I didnāt have to return for the recall.

dropped my car with Amgela for an oil change and tire rotation. I prefer a dealership due to the thourough inspection the car gets. Had a few other things pop up that need attention, which allows me to budget those services for next time. All in all, I am a VERY satisfied customer, and WILL be back!

They have sanitizer and masks for all employees. I felt okay being in their facilities during this crazy Covid time. Iāve always used them in the past and theyāve really made sure to keep quality even though fewer employees.

I take my vehicle to Bob Howard Nissan service. I get the oil changed and tires rotated every 5000 miles. Plus, anything that is recommended (based on mileage). They have done all work on my 2014 Nissan Maxima and Chad, in the service department, is absolutely fantastic.

Service was great but wait was very long. The waiting room was packed with people and not very comfortable. It was very nice that breakfast was provided.

The service department at Nob Howard Nissan is awesome. If you want great service and great customer service go see Chad Dear at this location. I will bring all my vehicles here for their servicing.

Took a little longer than expected but Chad was very courteous and friendly and that goes a long way. They generally have snacks of some sort on Saturday mornings as well so customer service is good
