The service person helping me was great! They did forget to add air to my tires though - the back drivers side was still at like 28 PSI when I left. But the service person was juggling a couple of issues.

Had the best quality service you could find when getting into a new vehicle. Charles, Robert and Trey were amazing. Trading in my car that had a lien holder was no problem. They kept within my budget and added the accessories that I desired to the 2025 that I desired. I highly recommend going to these 3 gentlemen if looking for a car. I would give these 3 gentleman a 10/10 if possible

Just a little upset. Took the car to BH for a check engine light. They replaced the MAF and turned off the code. Few weeks later, light comes on again. Again, it's calling for a new MAF. They say it's not bad and try to sell me other stuff. Now, I just think the dolls me a MAF that I didn't need and figured I'd come back and feed them more money when the light came back on. Our salesman was new but overall he gets a 9/10. But the guy that does are closing paperwork gets a 6/10 Only because you could tell he was upset when I declined A extra $50 charged on my payment to get insurance on my electrical dash.

I had a terrible experience with the car service department at Bob Howard Nissan . I called ahead to confirm the pricing, but when I arrived, Jason Bedore still overcharged me and then denied any responsibility. The lack of professionalism and honesty here is shocking. I would not recommend bringing your car here unless you want to be overcharged and treated poorly. and waiting is too long and gave excuses like computer error.

Inspection and oil change were done while we waited. Staff was friendly as always, and job was done quickly.
