Service department time was awful. Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change, never told extended wait time otherwise I would have left and came back later. Two hours in, notified that they were behind. Ended up missing an appointment waiting for my vehicle to have its oil changed. I understand I did not have an appointment but 2.5 hours for an oil change with no heads up on there being such a wait time was extremely disappointing.
I initially called for the price of two rear break pad and rotor replacements, specifically asking if the price they originally quoted me during my oil change was accurate and included labor and taxes. Was told it was. Made the appointment and found out the price was actually $60 dollars more (price ended up being $502). The service was done and I went to pay and they charged me $565. Up to the last service, I had my car for a little over three weeks. It was in the shop more than out of it. I had a leak and on the last visit I thought we found what it was and fixed it. I received a text message regarding an offer for free courtesy inspection for our new Nissan Sentra SV. I made an appointment for today and arrived at the scheduled time. I was checked in and they took care of the inspection. The whole process took less than an hour. I would highly recommend them
Everyone was super nice. However after 2 hours of waiting the problem was not fixed. Will have to make another appointment and still don’t know if it can be fixed or how much it could cost. I’m tired and cranky. BUT like I said everyone I dealt with were nice. So there’s that at least.
Our sales person was out of line and shared his religious and political beliefs which was unsolicited. He did so after we made the deal or else we would have walked. I’ve heard that he has been fired now for another reason. Although I’m a Christian, I don’t go to a dealer to get a lecture on religion and politics, just sell me a vehicle! So far my two trips to service have been good.

My experience with anybody it works for Nissan since I bought my Pathfinder has been horrible. But this Nissan dealership, the guy that sold me my transmission fluid gave me a discount on my transmission fluid it's $28 for one quart. My transmission is failing I took it to the dealership on i-240 and they charged me $200 to diagnose it when this dealership doesn't charge you that at all they charge you nothing. Service tech frequently confused or forgetful about what was discussed leading to appointment. Never recognizes me even if we met in person a few days earlier, didn't know if I had an appointment, which was set with him 7 days earlier and confirmed by phone 4cays earlier, per his request. Seemed confused on pricing. Printout he gave me had no detail on parts, labor÷etc Lacking people skills, especially to work in customer service.
Always EXCEPTIONAL customer service. In and out in a timely matter. I highly recommend using them for your service needs.

I have been going to Bob Howard Nissan for 10 years, and I have chosen well. The whole group, including the mechanics are top in my opinion. Changes in management has changed over the years, but the culture of customer care hasn’t.
Pretty straightforward. Dealership always wins but I came away satisfied enough and with exactly what I was looking for. None of the shady dealer tactics, quick and easy financing. My only regret is I “skillfully negotiated” some Nisan swag then totally forgot when I picked up my car. Missed out on my cup and tire gauge! I’d gladly return for my next, hopefully not for at least five years though.

We had a Nissan towed to the Dealership on the weekend. The Service Department was very professional and friendly and took care of our repair quickly and without an appointment. My daughter who went to pick up the vehicle when completed was on crutches and the staff walked her out to the car and made sure she got in without any problems.
