The service department at this dealership was rude from the word go. Had my vehicle towed and they took four days just to put a battery in the car. I even scheduled an appointment to see if they would look at the car on time and was told they don’t hold true to their appointments. Were rude whenever I called to inquire about the status, I eventually gave up and did not answer the phone when they finally called to let me know my vehicle was ready.
I was very impressed with the service l received. Matthew was knowledgeable about the repairs my car needed. He was polite and respectful and certainly exceeded my expectations.

Very poor internal shop coordination internally as well as with me. Gave a big list of things wrong they wanted to address but didn't properly address the issues I asked them to fix. Then held the vehicle awaiting full payment when all the wokk was not completed. Gave it back to me thinking the work was done and then wanted to shift blame onto me for lak of timely authorization. But I authorized within less than a half hour of motification. Being clear I won't do business here again.

Bought a new 2026 Nissan kicks sv all wheel drive from Bob Howard Nissan in Oklahoma City and am very pleased with it and very pleased with my salesman Robert Alianell for everything that he did for me and really everyone at Bob Howard was professional and courteous and thank you Elliot Byers in finance for everything you did for me as well. They made the entire process from finding the right vehicle that met my needs and wants to financing it, and all I can say is let’s do it again down the road.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a multipoint inspection and found some additional items of concern. I like the fact they did not push these additional services.

The dealership is doing a great job. It’s just them having to deal with enterprise. Fleet slows the process down so much and takes forever to get anything done. As far as the dealership they seem to be doing their job the best they can.

I received a text message regarding an offer for free courtesy inspection for our new Nissan Sentra SV. I made an appointment for today and arrived at the scheduled time. I was checked in and they took care of the inspection. The whole process took less than an hour. I would highly recommend them
Everyone was super nice. However after 2 hours of waiting the problem was not fixed. Will have to make another appointment and still don’t know if it can be fixed or how much it could cost. I’m tired and cranky. BUT like I said everyone I dealt with were nice. So there’s that at least.
Our sales person was out of line and shared his religious and political beliefs which was unsolicited. He did so after we made the deal or else we would have walked. I’ve heard that he has been fired now for another reason. Although I’m a Christian, I don’t go to a dealer to get a lecture on religion and politics, just sell me a vehicle! So far my two trips to service have been good.

If you are going to use a dealership around the city please come to the Nissan dealership off of Broadway extension I highly highly recommend them they are the most truest nicest people that work for Nissan and I have nothing good to say about Nissan right now. I threw away $10,000 because the transmission was feeling when I bought it and I did not know that. Hopefully Matthew will be the guy that can say hey we're going to help you out because you got screwed I just spent my social security disability back pay to buy this Nissan and I had it 3 days then it broke down on me and it has been sitting in my driveway for months. I feel like the Nissan is responsible for this because they lost in court to the transmission feeling for this 2017 Nissan pathfinder. I think I've been screwed over and it's not fair. I'm hoping that Wednesday when I bring it to Matthew will say hey we're going to do the right thing if not I will give up on people I'm done I have no money left, no vehicle, nothing. It would be different but there was a class action lawsuit in Nissan lost and that's all I have to say.
Service tech frequently confused or forgetful about what was discussed leading to appointment. Never recognizes me even if we met in person a few days earlier, didn't know if I had an appointment, which was set with him 7 days earlier and confirmed by phone 4cays earlier, per his request. Seemed confused on pricing. Printout he gave me had no detail on parts, labor÷etc Lacking people skills, especially to work in customer service.
Always EXCEPTIONAL customer service. In and out in a timely matter. I highly recommend using them for your service needs.

I have been going to Bob Howard Nissan for 10 years, and I have chosen well. The whole group, including the mechanics are top in my opinion. Changes in management has changed over the years, but the culture of customer care hasn’t.
Pretty straightforward. Dealership always wins but I came away satisfied enough and with exactly what I was looking for. None of the shady dealer tactics, quick and easy financing. My only regret is I “skillfully negotiated” some Nisan swag then totally forgot when I picked up my car. Missed out on my cup and tire gauge! I’d gladly return for my next, hopefully not for at least five years though.

We had a Nissan towed to the Dealership on the weekend. The Service Department was very professional and friendly and took care of our repair quickly and without an appointment. My daughter who went to pick up the vehicle when completed was on crutches and the staff walked her out to the car and made sure she got in without any problems.
